TROJJAN ANTI VIRUS
A survey of the best anti-trojan program
Since the time I created this site the problem of malware infection has both escalated and changed in character. At the same time anti-virus products have become much better at detecting trojans. As a result of these developments I no longer recommend for most users the routine use of a separate anti-trojan program such as those listed below. I've left these now dated reviews on this site for reference purposes only.
From Malwarebytes :
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is a high performance anti-malware application that thoroughly removes even the most advanced malware and spyware. With one of the fastest, most effective quick scans and malware removal capabilities on the market, this program is the perfect addition to your PC's defenses. The full version of the product includes a number of key features, including the ability to schedule updates and scans and most importantly, a real-time malware protection module that blocks malicious processes before they even start.
What's new in this version:
1. Added new scheduling engine for our customers featuring realtime updating, more finely-grained scheduled scanning/updating, and a streamlined interface.
2. Added new flash scanning option which searches for malicious objects in memory and load point locations.
3. Added compatibility with Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for our corporate customers.

PDF TO WORD CONVERTER
Desktop-based apps: (1) Free PDF to Word Converter from SmartSoft; (2) gDOC Creator; (5) AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Free; (4) OpenOffice with PDF import extension; and (5) Some PDF to Word Converter.
Online Conversion services: (6) NuancePDF (7) PDF to Word Free from NitroPDF; (8) Koolwire; (9) Zamzar, and (10) PDFOnline.com.Before I move on to the comparison section, a few issues to address:
Will the document be editable once it is converted?: typically, yes; however the real answer is it depends on your original document and how it was created. Generally speaking you will be able to edit any converted PDF that was created electronically and published using software, which comprises the overwhelming majority of forms and documents that are on the internet. The exception is if your PDF was scanned from a paper document; in this case most converters will consider this to be no different from a photograph, and when converting will produce images inside a .DOC file rather than text. What you need in this case is “Optical Character Recognition” (OCR) software, or a converter than can do OCR (the only option mentioned in this article that can do OCR is NuancePDF); otherwise what you can use free OCR software such as InstantOCR or TopOCR. These programs can “read” documents based on images and convert them to text, but in most cases it will be somewhat labor intensive to get a good conversion, especially if you have a large number of pages.
Online vs. desktop conversions: there are two categories of tools for PDF to Word file conversions. The first is a program that you would install on your PC that would convert the PDF file for you and save the output on your hard drive, which is what you would typically expect. The second category are online conversion websites. With these, you would need to email or upload your file that you want to convert remotely to a website. The actual conversion would occur remotely on their server, and subsequently the converted document is either emailed back to you to a valid email address that you provide or a link is produced that you can click to download the resulting file.
Typically, online conversion services offer a higher quality conversion, although depending on your document that may or may not be the case. Two issues that have to be considered with online conversions are reliability and security. With respect to the former issue (reliability), while most online services will send your converted document within a matter of minutes, it is sometimes the case that your file will arrive hours or even days afterwards. As for the latter issue (security), virtually all of the online services mentioned here promise that your files will be transferred via a secure connection, that your document will not be looked at by a human, and that your email will not be used or shared with any other party. Still, it is up to you to decide whether you are comfortable sending certain private or business documents remotely for conversion.
Converting to images: if you are interested in converting your PDF to images then you’re in the wrong place. For this try the freeware program aptly entitled JPEG to PDF or use the excellent free PDF reader called PDF X-Change Viewer which has an export to images option.

MICROSOFT OFFICE 7
You havnt seen Micro soft orignal software for free..on this site its true!
below are the details of Micro soft office.
Simplify, simplify, simplify. The challenge for Microsoft in revamping Office was to better organize all the options available without negatively impacting productivity. For new users, that's a particularly important goal, since the menus and toolbars in current versions may appear to be a mishmash.
The overriding design goal for the new user interface, Microsoft says, is to make it easier for users "to find and use the full range of features these applications provide" while preserving "an uncluttered workspace that reduces distraction for users so they can spend more time and energy focused on their work." The redesign makes most Office 2007 applications look completely fresh, clean, new -- and more colorful. From Ribbons that offer clearly labeled buttons to thumbnail previews of most graphic features, the applications bear only a slight resemblance to their former selves.
You'll probably get used to the new interface within a few hours; whether you like it, however, is a different story. New users will benefit most, since they won't have to change existing habits. For advanced and power users, the adjustment may be a bit more disconcerting, at least initially.
We've put Office 2007 through its paces, exploring new features, both Office-wide and in specific apps, and taking a particularly close look at the new SharePoint Server 2007.
A new look, starring the Ribbon
In Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and most areas of Outlook, the menus and toolbars of previous versions are history. In their place is the Ribbon, a tabbed, horizontal bar divided into groups of icons and buttons organized by task.
The Home Ribbon in Word (see Figure 1) contains groups related to the Clipboard (cut, copy, paste and, for some odd reason, the Format Painter), Fonts (font style and size, plus formatting characteristics such as bold, italic and subscript), Paragraph (for bullets, indenting text, sorting paragraphs, alignment, line spacing and shading), Styles (displayed as a thumbnail gallery), plus Editing (find, replace and text/object selection).
The Home Ribbon covers about 90% of everything you'll need for simple text editing -- the remaining features are dispersed throughout the interface: spell check is on the Review tab, while headers and footers have been moved to the Insert tab (from the View menu in earlier versions). The core formatting features appear on yet another pop-up menu when you select text.
If you want to add a little more spice to a document, the Insert Ribbon has groups for creating and inserting tables, images, links and special text (one group for boxes, WordArt and drop caps, another for equations and symbols). Other Ribbons are provided for controlling page layouts, performing reviews, and defining the current view.
Word's Home Ribbon has most of the tools you need (Click image to see larger view)
Excel's Ribbons are similar: Home (for worksheet editing, formatting and sorting tasks), Insert (to add charts and graphs, hyperlinks and headers/footers), Page Layout (for controlling cell size, grid lines and backgrounds), Formulas (including a new Name Manager for handling named ranges), Data (for import/export, removing duplicates and grouping data), Review (for comments and data protection), and View (freezing panes, adding page breaks and more). At the bottom of some groups is a tiny arrow button that, when clicked, opens a familiar dialog box. Most dialog boxes are unchanged from previous versions of Office -- still dull gray, but at least the options are where you expect them to be.
These "standard" Ribbons are supplemented with contextual ribbons that appear when you're working with a particular object -- a table in Word (see Figure 2), an Excel chart, a diagram in PowerPoint -- then disappear when you click away from that object.
Microsoft says the Ribbon doesn't occupy more space than the standard toolbars of previous versions, though it feels larger. Fortunately, Ribbons can be hidden (Ctrl + F1 is the secret toggle), giving you more document workspace.
The Ribbons can't be customized from within the Office application. Microsoft's Office UI guru, Jensen Harris, says that they're XML-based, and that the company is working with third-party developers who are building ribbon-editing utilities for customizing the interface. We know of only one that is shipping: RibbonCustomizer Professional.

http://sharecash.org/download.php?file=573926 FOR AVG
AVG Free Edition provides free antivirus protection for Windows XP/2000/NT/ME/98. Installing only 30Mb of files and 4 running processes, AVG Free Edition is the smallest antivirus scanner we've tested and may well be the best choice for an older PC with severely limited system resources.
Description
•AVG Free Edition offers core competency in virus detection.
•Support options are limited, but this is increasingly the case with even paid-for scanners.
•Attractive interface is easy-to-use; updates quickly and efficiently.
Guide Review - AVG Free Edition
Like any scanner we feature in our reviews, AVG has been certified to remove 100% of in-the-wild viruses - but results with zoo viruses are a low 81% and those same tests resulted in 11 false positives (detection of viruses in non-infected, legitimate files). Despite these drawbacks, AVG Free Edition has a long list of admirers who will be quick to point out that tests reflect a snapshot in time and may not always be indicative of future or past performance.
AVG Free Edition does not provide adware/spyware removal (though it is available in the paid version of the product). As with other free antivirus scanners, support options are limited to online help forums and knowledgebases.
AVG Free Edition can be used in Safe Mode, a definite plus for removing stubborn infectors or cleaning a system that might otherwise be unable to boot into Windows.
